What is the difference between Truckna Alerts and Truckna Back Office?
Truckna Alerts ($79/mo) reminds you what's due — it does not include the filing or service work. Truckna Back Office ($179+/mo) actually handles the eligible work for you, not just the reminder.
What does “20+ eligible services included” mean?
Truckna Back Office includes eligible service types without an additional Truckna service fee each time. Government fees, taxes, insurance, testing, permits and outside third-party expenses remain separate where applicable. Plan coverage depends on the specific service and carrier situation.
Are government fees included?
No. Government fees, taxes, insurance, permits and third-party costs are always shown separately from Truckna's service fee.
Can I order only one service?
Yes. Order a single filing or service with no ongoing plan required — see all services.
What happens if I add another truck?
Truckna Back Office adds a truck for +$65/mo, and Truckna Full Back Office for +$99/mo. Your plan scales with your fleet.
What happens if I hire another driver?
Each additional driver on Truckna Back Office is +$35/mo, covering onboarding, DQ file and document monitoring for that driver.
Can Truckna help with bookkeeping?
Yes, with Truckna Full Back Office — monthly bookkeeping, reconciliation and tax-ready books alongside your compliance plan.
Does Truckna replace my responsibility as the motor carrier?
No. You remain the motor carrier of record. Truckna organizes the paperwork and watches the dates — you stay in control of how the trucks are operated.
